Linaria is a genus of around 150 species in the family Plantaginaceae. It's distribution is temperate regions in Europe, Asia and N-Africa, the majority centered around the Mediterranean.
Division in spring.
Basal cuttings in spring.
Seed - sown January - March.
Seed just covered and stored at 20°C (68°F) until germination.
Needs a sunny spot with very well drained soil, preferably on a steep slope.
