Euphorbia is a very large and diverse genus in the family Euphorbiaceae, with close to 2000 species. Their common features is a toxic, milky white sap and small, insignificant flowers surrounded by bright coloured modified leaves The best known member of the genus is without doubt the poinsettia, Euphorbia pulcherrima.
Propagation:
Basal cuttings.
Seed - sown in November.
Seed just covered and stored at 18-20°C (64-68°F). If the seed hasn't germinated in 3 months, it should be refrigerated for 3 months and then brought back to 20°C (68°F) for germination.
Very showy variety of Euphorbia. Sensitive to winter wet.
