Dolomite cinquefoil is a beautiful alpine that forms a mat of small, silver-green foliage. The flowers are almost sessile, large compared to the tiny leaves and rose pink with a darker center. It needs full sun and well drained soil. I grows best in lime-rich soil as it grows on limerock in it's native habitat in the Alps.
