Flaccidus is a variety or subspecies of spring peas with narrower leaves than the species. The seed was marked Lathyrus filiformis, but that species has even narrower leaves and a different flower colour. Spring peas grow best in fertile, humus rich, well drained soil in sun or part shade. They are quite hardy.
The foliage gives the plant a very distinctive, attractive look.
