'Emperor's New Clothes' are coral bell hybrids with burgundy or green foliage. The flowers are cream coloured and not very showy. I grew them from seed from Johnson's seeds and the plants I got have proved to be hardy and have lived for years. I liked the ones with the burgundy foliage better, so I don't have the green ones any more. They grow best in well drained, fertile soil in partial shade.
