Siberian columbine is a medium sized perennial with large flowers that can be bicoloured, white and blue or solid blue. The spurs are very short and turned inward, giving the flowers a flat appearance. It is not quite as hardy as many other columbine species, so it needs favorable conditions to thrive. Those conditions are sun or partial shade and well drained, fertile soil.
